StampFest Winter Classes
Bring a Basic Class Kit consisting of: scissors, bone folder, adhesive, permanent black ink pad, craft knife with fresh blades, cutting mat, pencil with eraser, ruler, and a few favorite ink pads and any other special tools that you use frequently and would feel “lost” without.
NOTE: Some classes may request you bring some additional supplies. Please read each class description carefully!

StampFest Winter 2018 Class Guide

In
this Winter StampFest Convention class, you will learn how to add a beautiful
gilded touch to enhance your rubber stamped projects!
· Don’t you always need an extra birthday card on hand for a girl or guy? In this class you will be able to make one of each!
· We will show you how to use one stamp, Stamplistic’s “Sweet Treat” to create two different cards, His and Hers.
· Learn how to make this design truly dimensional so the cupcakes look good enough to eat! One card has a clever fold and the other has a clever opening.
· And of course adding sparkle is a must with the Swarovski crystals you will receive!
· Students need to bring: Detail scissors; roller adhesive; pop dots, Basic Class Kit
· 2 Hour Class

Class Event Stamping: Mousse-Tastic Mirror Card - $27

In
this Winter StampFest Convention class shake your creative juices out in
this exciting class.
· Come explore the
beautiful and creative world of Nuvo Embellishment Mousse. In this
technique-driven class, you will learn blending techniques to create unique
backgrounds.
· Your class kit will
include three mousses, a 3-piece brush set, Nuvo glue pen, and enough papers to
create four of these lusciously large, A7 cards.
· You will complete two
cards in class and take home supplies to complete two more cards at home, as
well as some technique extras.
· Students will learn how to create dimensional
die cuts, how to blend Nuvo embellishment mousse to create beautiful
backgrounds, and other various uses for mousse and ways to incorporate it into
your other scrapbooking and card making projects.

In
this Winter StampFest Convention class you will learn about the different types
of YUPO paper and how they create different results using Alcohol Inks.
·
You will take your
beautiful papers and create dimensional cards.
·
I will supply a large
variety of inks and YUPO paper for you to create a number of backgrounds from which to choose.
·
The window cards when
open are translucent and give a stunning stained glass effect.
·
This is a great intro
to Alcohol Inks and YUPO paper.
Students need to bring: Your favorite coloring tools for the turtle or manatee. I will bring some colored pencils if you do not have anything. The samples were done with colored pencil.
Paper Towels, rubber gloves if you want for using the inks (they do stain hands). If you have an Alcohol Ink Applicator please bring it. (I will have small loaners)
Small scissors, double sided tape, black marker, foam tape or pop dots and Basic Class Kit.
Optional: Fine line glue, large flat brush for Medium, I will supply foam brushes.
NOTE: The focus of this class is on the Alcohol Inks and YUPO paper and how to seal it and not the paper coloring aspect. You should get 1 of each style completed. 3 cards, 1 window, 1 tri-fold and 1colored image. Extra materials will be included for more cards.

this Winter StampFest Convention class, the dies are the star of the
show!
· The Stamplistic line
has some truly unique stamps and dies that coordinate with their beautiful
stamp designs.
· Here you will see how
those dies can stand alone to create awesome cards!
· You will be using
mirror paper, mirri sparkle paper, and cardstock in combination to push these
dies to their limits.
· These cards are super
colorful and fun! And boy do they sparkle!
· By the way, the class
is called 54 because you will use 54 Swarovski
crystals to make these cards shimmer and shine!

this Winter StampFest Convention class Sandy has designed another 8
fabulous cards for you to enjoy making. This
is a very popular class and it fills up quickly, so don’t be disappointed and
sign up early for some CREATIVE FUN.

This can be the first
time that you have signed up for the class.

You do not need to
have taken the previous classes.
·
Everything has been planned
and papers have been pre-cut for you the enjoy making your cards.

Class will include
instruction sheet with colored pictures.

Class

need to bring: Plenty
of your favorite adhesive to put the cards together with, white glue with a
fine point applicator, ball point glue pen and a pair of scissors. Tools
that could be helpful: tweezers and/or a pickup tool for placement. Basic Class
